 Your own private retreat is the upper floor of our Carriage House. (The first floor is used only for storage.) There are skylights for stargazing from the California king bed*, in-wall fireplace at eye level, private bath with a tub/shower combination, coffee maker, refrigerator, wet bar sink with counters and a microwave oven. Television with vcr/dvd player. Blue water ocean view especially from the shower and sunny private deck.

*The king bed in Tree House features a Flo-Bed sleep system which is manufactured in Fort Bragg, just 10 miles north of Mendocino. Eric and Elaine (the owners) spent an entire day trying out different beds (including top of the line pillow tops and Temper-pedics) and found this bed with its layers of natural latex to be the most comfortable by far. Come try it out. You'll probably say what we said: "Ahhh"
