Whether you choose to stay in the luxurious Oceanside
rooms and cottages, the spacious suites of the Quartet,
or up the street at the Village
Farm Retreat, the Alegria Inn provides a high level of service and attention
to detail that assures our guests a restful and relaxing getaway. All suites,
rooms and cottages feature down comforters and high thread count linens on
the beds and have private bathrooms, CD player, refrigerator, and coffee
maker. We keep you supplied with locally
roasted organic coffee and an assortment of organic
teas. The day's newspaper is at your door by 8 o-clock each morning.
Additional amenities vary
with each room and may include ocean views fireplaces or wood stoves with
glass doors, private entrances, microwave ovens, cable television with video
player, DVD players and ocean view decks.
While all the rooms do not include every amenity listed
(though some of them do) all rooms are appointed with the comfort of our guests
in mind. All guests have access to our outdoor, ocean view hot tub and
our own path to the beach. Rates on the Oceanside include breakfast for two
in our ocean view dining room or in your own room or cottage by request. At
the Quartet, a continental breakfast is brought to your room each morning.
All guests receive a discounted rate for access to the Redwood Health Club
(tennis, racquetball, large indoor lap pool & jacuzzi, Nautilus equipment,
saunas & steam rooms, and cardiovascular equipment eight miles away
in Ft. Bragg) and free wine tasting and a discount on wine purchases and at
the Mendocino Wine Company Tasting
Room on Main Street.
RATES on the Oceanside range
from $229 to $299 per night for double occupancy and include full breakfast
for two. At the Quartet,
rates range from $159 to $189 per night with a continental breakfast brought
to your room. The Village
Farm Retreat, our vacation rental, is $179 per night two blocks up Evergreen
Street and does not include breakfast or daily room freshening. Please

Important Details
WEEKEND RESERVATIONS A minimum stay of two nights may be
required on weekends. Three or four nights may be required on holiday
weekends.
DEPOSITS Cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard and
American Express cards accepted. The full amount for one night,
including tax, must be received within five days of making the
reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY You are responsible for the full amount of your
reservation unless you give us at least seven (14) days notice, or we are
able to rebook your room. A $25 service fee will apply to all cancellations.
A twenty-one (21) day notice is required for holidays and reservations of
two or more rooms.
CHECK-IN is from 3:00 - 6:00 pm. Please let us know if you will be
arriving early or late.
CHECK-OUT time is 11:00 am.
SMOKING is limited to outside decks only. Cleaning fees starting at
$400 will be charged to guests who smoke in their rooms.
CHILDREN Well behaved children are welcome in our cottages and at
the
Village Farm Retreat. Parents are responsible for the actions and
welfare of their children. Parents who are inconsiderate of other
guests will be given a time out at once, have their television and
hot
tub privileges revoked for a week!
PETS We are unable to accommodate pets.
GUEST SERVICES
Personal dietary needs are happily accommodated. Just let us know
when
you make your reservation.
We enjoy helping to plan activities for your getaway. We'll make
reservations at area restaurants and local theatre performances.
We'll
also make arrangements for whale watch trips, horse back riding
adventures, spa services and in-room massage.
Your special requests are gladly fulfilled. Champagne, chocolates,
special occasion flowers, balloons, birthday cakes and picnic baskets
are some possibilities. Be creative, or let us be creative for you!
